Niphat is an 18-year-old in Grade 6 at Anuban Sangkhlaburi School. He currently lives at the Children of the Forest Foundation’s onsite Child Protection Centre. After losing his father at a young age, he took on significant responsibilities to support his family, including working at the local market and training in boxing. When his mother’s chronic illness worsened, COF stepped in, bringing the family into their Mother and Child Protection programme.
Sadly, his mother passed away a year later, leaving Niphat devastated. With the support of friends at the Protection Centre, he gradually found his way back. Niphat is now a cheerful, hardworking student with various skills, including repairing motorcycles and playing football. He dreams of finishing university and returning to COF to give back to his community.
